Twas a night of good fun
with family and food
the wine and the pickies
sure lift up my mood
Lately I've dreaded
this holiday season
tho tonite I feel happy
for some magical reason
the warmth and the love
that keep families together
give us moments and memories
that keep living forever
the houses that glisten
with decor-galore
make me feel like the child
that I was once before
I do miss My Mommy
but I know she is here
with the Spirit of Christmas
